I created fixes that make it work with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 ( ), unfortunately only in windowed mode but there should be ways to fix that, after all GOG found a way to make SFC1 run on Windows 8.1. GOG already has the first Starfleet Command, so rights shouldn't be an issue and the programmers should be familiar with compatibility issues. It already works natively on Windows 7 (with the 534b patch, which should be included on GOG).
